House Rules, Check-in and Check-out, Cancellation Policy

 

  • Bookings and Availability:

    • All bookings are subject to the availability of our holiday accommodation and our confirmation. Our booking system only offers available capacities. After receiving your booking request, you will receive an automated email from us with payment instructions. As soon as we have received your payment, your booking request will be confirmed and you will receive our invoice.
    • We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings.
  • Registration of Tourists:

    • Check-in is carried out in accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015. It involves the registration of all tourists in Spain over 14 years old. To speed up the process, we will ask you for your ID card with full name and address before arrival.
    • If a guest does not wish to identify themselves, Casa Marina reserves the right to cancel the stay.
  • Check-in and Check-out:

    • Check-in is available from 3.00 PM.
    • Check-out is by 10.00 AM.
    • For a truly personalized check-in experience, every guest is warmly welcomed upon arrival and personally guided through the holiday home and its surrounding outdoor spaces. This tailored approach ensures that any inquiries or uncertainties are promptly resolved, offering a seamless and delightful start to your stay.
    • In any case we are contacting in advance to organize a smooth check-in.
  • Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Cancellations must be made according to the specified cancellation policy.
    • The following refund policy applies to cancellations:
      • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking.
      • For cancellations made after 48 hours of booking up to 30 days before check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded for all nights booked.
      • For cancellations between 14 - 30 days before check-in, 25% of the booking amount for all booked nights will be refunded.
      • Cancellations after this time are non-refundable. Cleaning fees, if these have been charged separately, are always fully refundable.
    • Please note that special provisions may apply depending on the type of booking and timeframe.
  • House Rules:

    • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
    • Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
    • Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
    • Parties are not allowed.
    • The maximum occupancy of the vacation rental must not be exceeded.
    • Please keep the vacation rental clean and tidy.
    • Any damages or losses must be reported and reimbursed promptly.
  • Safety and Liability Provisions:

    • Guest safety is our top priority. Please adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines.
    • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from the use of our vacation accommodations.
    • Guests are responsible for their own behavior and safety, as well as that of their companions and pets.
